Mark Baker, DPT, OCS

Mark A. Baker, DPT, OCS, Owner of Covina Hills Sports Medicine. Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from California State University Long Beach in 1987. He continued his education, receiving a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University in 2004. Mark is also a board certified Orthopedic Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Performing Arts Special Interest Group of the Orthopedic Section of the APTA. He serves as the company physical therapist for the Inland Pacific Ballet. Mark has taught extensively including courses on advances in back rehabilitation throughout the country, as a guest lecturer on Temoporamandibular joint (TMJ) treatment at the Loma Linda School of Dentistry and as adjunct faculty in the Department of Physical Therapy at Azusa Pacific University.

Natalia B. Ushak, DPT

Natalia graduated with high honors receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University in 2004. There she double majored in Exercise Physiology and Psychology with a concentration in pre-medicine. She went on to earn her Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University in 2007. Her doctoral research and thesis focused on muscle use during isometric exercise in comparison to muscle use while exercising on conventional gym equipment. Natalia is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Michael Wong, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

Michael Wong completed his graduate studies at Loma Linda University in 2001. He pursued advanced clinical education in the Kaiser Permanente Southern California Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Program in 2001 and The Kaiser Permanente Manual Therapy Fellowship in 2003. Michael became an orthopaedic certified specialist in 2004 and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapist in 2005. He is an associate professor at Azusa Pacific University Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
